Sarah started her career in the insurance industry in 2009, assisting local families with insuring their home and autos. Through her career she has further developed her desire to expand her knowledge in commercial insurance as well as farm/ ranch insurance, specifically understanding the unique challenges and risks that are faced by ranchers. In her spare time Sarah enjoys being out in nature and staying active, whether it is horseback, on foot, or spending time in the gym. My name is Dalton Eng and I enjoy having the life insurance conversations in our office. I also enjoy working with our local farmers and ranchers and protecting what is important to them. I have been in the insurance industry for 7 years and have been with State Farm for the past 4. I grew up and went to high school in Castlewood, SD. I attended college at Black Hills State University for business while also running college track, so I am familiar with the area. I transferred to Lake Area Tech to be closer to home and help milk cows on the family dairy farm. My wife and I were married in July of 2024 in Spearfish. When I'm out of the office, I enjoy running marathons, hanging out with my wife and my 4 little brothers, supporting local breweries, watching football, and playing chess!

I joined Matt McCormick State Farm Agency in June 2022. Prior to transitioning into the insurance industry, I dedicated 23 years to the healthcare field. However, my true passion lies in providing exceptional service to customers and treating them with the utmost respect.
Outside of work, I am happily married to my husband of 26 years. Together, we have raised two wonderful adult sons. As our nest began to empty, we decided to add two rescue dogs to our family. Inspired by their journey, my husband and I have become active volunteers for the rescue organization that saved our pups. Giving back to the community and helping these animals find loving homes brings us great joy.
In our free time, my husband and I indulge in our shared love for music. We enjoy traveling to attend concerts of some of our favorite bands, creating unforgettable memories along the way.

Hello! I’m Ryan Richards, and I joined Matt’s office in 2024. Since then, I’ve enjoyed connecting with our customers while diving into the world of insurance. I can assist in auto, home, and life insurance, and I take pride in our office culture, where our team works diligently to provide exceptional service.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about skiing, racing dirt bikes, hunting, and fishing. I also became a first-time homebuyer in 2024, so I’m currently busy making improvements to my new place. Prior to my role here, I gained valuable experience working with South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks, as well as in home remodeling, giving me a diverse background.
I’ve found my niche in delivering outstanding customer service and simplifying complex insurance concepts for those who may not be familiar with the industry.
